Speaker 3:We're going to get into part two, so let's get into it. Which one of you guys is starting? Not me.
Speaker 4:So, to give a brief summary of last week, we talked about the ES system essentially and what it is and how that came to be. Kind of I'm not going to re-explain it because I still am not sure what it is, but I'm going to cover how we can practice it, how we can put it from paper to still on paper, if you will. So I'm covering a website called the Crystal Aegis and this is the spiritual support system developed by Lisa Renee as part of the energetic synthesis framework. It's designed to assist individuals in overcoming negative thought patterns, emotional imbalances and addictive behaviors by fostering personal sovereignty and spiritual alignment. Esf or whatever it is, if you will. Esf or whatever it is, if you will.
Speaker 4:So there are five basic steps to actually putting this into practice, and step one is the agreement and the request for intercession. And if you were going to do this, it might sound something like I, mike Allen, choose fully the authority of God's law and that which serves the light of truth. I commit to my healing and request guardian intercession on my behalf to restore the correct proportions of my manifestation body to the eternal, perpetual supply of the god source. Sorry, I heard I?

So just cut me off mid in that I'll just go on to the second step, which is the activation of the 12D shield, or what you could be called the preparing the foundation.

This is authentically declaring your intention from your heart to resolve authority issues. This actually all kind of stems back to what matt was talking about last episode, about how they have kind of taken those people who are in a bad situation or in a bad mental state and they're now prying on those people. So this is very culty in itself because, hey, like they're basically saying, hey, we can help you, not feel like shit, do our thing, anyways.
Speaker 4:So again still on step two, you got to activate your inner spirit and your core shield and then, from within your 12D shield, you're going to create a hub, handshake, yeah, yeah, sick. And then I guess what the God sovereign free thing is is. They call that the boundary test. So this is all step two. It sounds like a lot more steps than just step two, but I promise you it's just step two. Steps than just step two, but I promise you it's just step two. Um, and then we go to step three, which is discernment, or turning your feelings, uh, or tune tuning your feelings to discern whether the guidance that you're getting is truly aligned with your higher self, and this actually is going to kind of play into the like negative energies and the negative aliens and all that shit. So step three would basically be, uh, essentially declaring your intentions and then, when those intentions come to you, figuring out or judging if they're truly positive or not, which okay, um and then you're gonna start clear, clearing your negative attachments.
Speaker 4:Uh, so you're right, you, you gotta practice daily and you gotta regularly cleanse your energy field and release any and all emotional energy blockages which could be those pesky negative aliens. You know what I'm saying. So you gotta make sure you're calibrating your 12d shield for removal of your crux implant. Uh-huh, yep, I'm not going to define that any further for you you don't know.
Speaker 5:I think I've been told that seven or eight times in my life. It's, it's fine.
Speaker 4:We all know what it means and last but not least, you must surrender and trust. You must surrender your higher self and allow divine guidance to lead the way. You have to build integrity in your spiritual house.

Speaker 4:You got to make sure that the right, the right beings, are leading you to where you need to be. All right. So let's talk about negative ego a little bit. We've touched on it, but the negative ego is a big portion of the crystal aegis. So the negative ego isn't just a collection of bad habits or insecurities. It's portrayed as a weaponized false identity. All right, it's a spiritual parasite that has been deliberately engineered to keep humans disconnected from their true divine essence. So, according to Lisa, basically we're all pre-programmed to not remember, right To not be our divine beings. Apparently, we're all divine beings, but we're just our lowly human piece of shit selves right now, and that's what this helps you do. You were a piece of shit and now you're no longer a piece of shit. You just gotta follow the. You gotta follow the steps to not be a piece of shit anymore. Okay, follow the not a piece of shit steps.
Speaker 4:So, um, the negative ego is not natural and it's actually the result of artificial energetic implants and mind control agendas.
Speaker 4:Yes, this is literally what she calls it.
Speaker 4:So it's described as being programmed to generate fear, judgment, control and separation, and it behaves almost like an independent entity acting with a kind of mission directive to block your spiritual growth and keep people locked into a lower vibrational state, which you've heard that term already, um, which she refers to the 3d uh as the 3d mind matrix.
Speaker 4:And the wild part is, um that she suggests that this ego structure was actually introduced by negative alien groups and it's their long-standing agenda to enslave the humanity by basically distorting our perception of self and reality. So, um, it works like an internal uh like saboteur and constantly reinforces shame, guilt, fear and um comparison and all that stuff, that, those internal feelings that you feel that you're like man, I'm not worth it, blah, blah, blah, I'm jealous of this, and that it's almost like the the seven cents. So, um, in short, uh, they basically are saying that you're fighting your bad thoughts. And then you know, in this spiritual world, um, with this built-in psychic thing, you need to make sure that you practice every day to dismantling your ego, and it's not really a self-improvement thing. She literally wants you to unplug a parasitic, fake parasitic force from your brain Via evolution somehow.

Speaker 4:This is where he got the parasitic yeah, he'd be all up in there and you guys have probably heard this a bunch. But the God self this is mentioned a lot in this and the idea that fear and control are weapons of this negative ego which blocks the God self. It's considered the part of you that's connected to the source and you're going to hear the source a lot the universal consciousness or the divine, all the same thing. God self, uh, the source, uh, even when they mentioned God, I'm not even sure that they're referring to God as God. You know what I'm saying. They're. They're referring to this interconnected web that of collected spiritual energy.
Speaker 4:Yeah, so there are some tools for ego exorcism that I mentioned before, and these are like, uh, these could be daily disciplines or you know, I guess a sci-fi fucking ritual or something. But, um, the outline basically elaborates that, uh, if you do these practices and all of this stuff, um, you'll, you'll be cleansed right and you'll become divine. It's nice, it's clouded, so there's some nice shade too like low 70s breezy yeah, yeah, it's like.

Speaker 4:They might say, um, I won't have mike do all of these, but uh, one of the other tools that you can use is called visualizations. Can you lube up your ego? You, you can. You can jerk your ego just straight off if you want. Um, but yeah, so this one is called visualizations and it's just clearing negative implants. Um, the practice of cleaning a, clearing energetic implants and negative influences that have been attached to your body is critical.
Speaker 4:Uh, part of your d12 or your oh, my god, I keep calling it your 12d calibration process so how it works is the d20 calibration yeah I know right d100, make it to level 20 um, how it works is you'd basically visualize any unwanted energies and then basically tell yourself or mentally, like remove them using your light energy or your shield. These implants can represent intrusive thoughts, trauma, etc. Basically what normal people do when they don't drive their car off a cliff. It's just like don't do that. You can activate your inner light by just visualizing it. A lot of this is just being like, if you can see it, it's just fucking positive manifestation. Yeah, and you also can connect with some higher dimensional beings. When you're visualizing, you can call upon these higher dimensional beings, um, like archangels, or pleiadians or the melchizel click energy I don't know what that that is but, um, pleiadians, I know that's a word. I know archangels, I know them. I've heard, heard about them, seen them before. Um, yeah, so these are all things that they say will help you remove your ego.
Speaker 4:The next one is called the 90-day protocol. This one confuses me because it seems like they've added a, a plan inside of a plan, where they're like the 90-day protocol is designed to be a structured, intensive process that aims to help you break free from old patterns or reprogram your energy field, which is literally just a redundant way of saying follow these steps that we've already been talking about. So there's that. Keep listening to the things we've already said. And one of the last things that the Crystal Aegis has that they have you do is breathwork, which for the cultured people we call that hamon, but breath work is often used to center the mind and body, clear energetic blockages and help focus attention. Meditation, like it's pretty much just, it's like yoga and stuff like that.

Just they just switch out one problem for another and then all the other words are just yeah, pretty much, and they just kind of had to go over all this shit.

Most of the things that we've all been talking about all linked to each other in some cyclical fashion, just like we said um.
Speaker 5:Now, when you go to the es foundationscom just home page, first thing you see is this big welcome page. It says read more, you can learn more about the site. What is this like? Why are you here? If you scroll down a bit, there's like four article links and they read es foundations mission unity, vow law of one, and then cc info or creative commons info. Now what mike maybe realized is they are very, very, very big on the Creative Commons law and what I've realized since we've been talking about this is that's because they want to make absolutely sure that no legal trouble is coming from this in any capacity. Now, if I were starting a movement and the first thing I was worried about is somebody going hey, this might break the law, I might reconsider my foundations for the fucking message I'm delivering.
Speaker 2:But so what? What protections are they hoping to gain from that? Is it like they? My theory was they're doing that because they're borrowing a lot of this terminology from like other belief systems that have to do with.
Speaker 5:That's exactly it, and they, they want to be like hey, it's all fair game, because creative commons they basically want to lay a groundwork for making something they're claiming that has been claimed by somebody else in the past is fair game for them to claim and not get sued over it's basically just free use motherfuckers.

She used to say she was collecting information for future people to use as a resource where they could energetically, maybe psychically, tap into it in the future. Speaker 2:But this sort of thinking exists outside of this and it really does seem like they target and prey on people who are in those types of communities who are interested in finding out more about this stuff, and then they hook them in with, like the the tactics that we've talked about, where, like, they provide you a little bit of information that only barely makes sense, and then you want to find out more, so you pay money to help to try to figure out more and you probably never actually figure it out.
Speaker 2:When I was googling around, I found the youtube video I mentioned earlier on a post where, um, somebody was talking about this and it also linked to a subreddit called res cult survivors but it's private, you can't get into it, but apparently there is an entire community of people who have been part of this um and it didn't turn out well. I will tell you that some of the stuff in the youtube video I mentioned earlier, um, is pretty concerning. Like there is a section where she talks about how they have, like, a list of approved physicians and to.
Speaker 2:At least two of those physicians have been accused of sexually abusing female members and like. Some of the stuff that they talk about is even like you accepting sexual touching from me and stuff is like a part of the way that you can like ascend and stuff like that.
Speaker 4:So it's very, very concerning behavior blue bubbles actually has a second post that's kind of similar and talks about some like even worse stuff. Um as well, basically just saying that, like the, the cult will rewrite narratives to keep members compliant and passive and stuff like that, and just like, basically, that's just lisa would just complain all day and every day that like no one was like advanced enough to like actually like do the things that she was like speaking about and basically she was just, yeah, just keeping people passive and like trying making them do whatever she wanted.
Speaker 5:So it's. That's what it's all about. That's all of these fucking mantras, all of these cults, all of these belief systems. They all have one thing in common, and that is taking the emotionally vulnerable and turning them into something that you can mold, something you can build yourself, and they're going to continue to do the thing that you want them to do until they get a voice of their own. So it's fucking easy prey. Yeah, it's. I don't know these cults. They fascinate me because of that fact, but they also horrify me because of the same fact that somebody has that much pull over somebody else like that's.
Speaker 4:That is crazy to me right, all this disclaimer uh, this group is not classified by the government as a cult. We're just. We're just saying we think they might be a cult, we're not saying they are we're?
Speaker 5:we are finding evidence of cult like behavior, um we are comparing like behavior between actual cults that are registered on the national cult watch list and this group of people who seems to be abiding by a certain set of beliefs that might follow certain other sets of beliefs that are on the cult watch list. So don't sue us.
Speaker 2:Yeah. All that is to say, like if you're in a really bad place, you can find support groups and communities that aren't this sort of thing.
Speaker 3:Predatory Therapy exists. They're not predatory.
Speaker 2:But you can also find groups. Go on Facebook and just look up something you're interested in and just find a group for knitting or something I don't know, find a sense of belonging there instead of something you have to pay for to understand, because if somebody's asking you to pay to understand something, you don't need it.
Speaker 4:It's probably a scam, just like college. The only cult you should be joining is the cult of.

One thing I do want to note too is there's probably a couple people thinking that are listening, that are like, oh, you know, I've never heard of this, you know, not cult cult before. So there can't be that many members in this fucking thing. But to put it in perspective, their YouTube channel alone has 36,000 subscribers, which you know fucking thing. The fact that just the youtube channel has 36 000 means that there's probably more followers out there that just are not on the youtube itself and even if one percent of those people they've like ruined their lives by isolating them from their families and stuff it's yeah, I mean too many to put in fucking many to put in perspective.
Speaker 3:There's a um, there's someone I can't remember exactly specifically what the math is, but someone like did the math of how many actual like scientology members there are, and the number is only about, like it's like a hundred thousand, which is quite a few, but it's way less than you think. For a cult as well known as scientology, a hundred thousand is not to be the celebrity call yeah, it's a drop in the bucket. And then you have this one that has literal over a third of that number.
Speaker 2:Yeah, you just haven't heard of it, but that doesn't mean that it's not big and it doesn't exist yep, like it's, just because it's a sneaker, as we found, as we found like part of the agreement for even joining is being very hush house about what you learn on the inside so you can't tell anyone, and the person that you are getting the referral from has to make sure of that.
Speaker 5:It's it literally. It's a cascade of checks and balances, and all of those checks and balances make sure that the information being shared in this group of people does not get shared outside this group of people. Damn like that's the whole.

Speaker 2:well, well, I can tell you exactly what they can do, because the last thing I wanted to mention was and shout out to slapping mothman's ass so hard in the discord for posting this. But this is a very, very long Reddit post on a subreddit called Gangstalking New yes, and it talks about First, this concerned me a lot because the title is Psychic Predators Energetic Synthesis Cult Targeted Harassment, and I started reading this and it says I'm posting on this forum. As it is a direct targeted harassment, some of this stuff may not make sense because I'm psychic.
Speaker 2:But the targeting from this cult is real and the damage they can cause is very real too. And at first I was like, oh no, did these people go after people? Or should we not post this episode because they're going to try to ruin our lives? And then I read further and I got to this section where, um, it says, when you're sleeping, they actually disguise themselves as close relatives or friends or loved ones, they manipulate you, even in your dream state, and of course, they attack you and do all sorts of terrible things to you. They use giant monsters or aliens or or laser cannons or guns and try to hurt you. They put needles and thumbtacks in your butt or they astral rape you. They disguise themselves as like super hot supermodels or people you have a crush on and have sex with you, and then turn into some fucking weird leech or alien, like disgusting form in the middle of raping you goes on and on say something about that.
Speaker 5:That shit's fucking hilarious because of how Ridiculous it is. However, that shit is also the reason that these people that are ingrained In these cults are not getting help, because somebody reads that and goes oh this is fucking ridiculous, are you kidding me? Guaranteed, that's written by somebody who is of sound mind, or so they think.
Speaker 2:I think it's more on the, so they think that's 100 what it is, but still, you make a good point that's reality to them yeah, you make a good point, though, with like people hiding and like like not speaking out is, if you're going to end up in something like this, to begin with, you probably have like you. You obviously you believe that there's like some sort of telepathic communication or something that's possible, and so you may legitimately believe you may legitimately believe, if you speak out and leave, that they can like attack you through your thoughts and yeah, and so absolutely.

And that's like the last time that we talked about, uh, like a real cult that we found in southern illinois, like that's. That's the the same temperament that I had then as I do now. That shit sucks. Don't fuck with people like that. Like you're promising things that you can never, ever come through on, simply because you want to control somebody who's weak at that moment.
